Recently, on 26th July 2018, the GOI notified the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018. This is an amendment to the earlier Act of 1988. This act is significantly different from the earlier act in many respect. The purpose of this note is to highlight the key differences and how it might impact the lives of the citizens.
