The purpose of this note is to aggregate the prices of spectrum across various bands at different times in India. This will enable us to visualize how the prices have moved across various bands since 2010 when the 1st 3G and BWA auctions were held. The table under list this information. All prices are measured in Rs Cr/MHz and the TDD spectrum has been halved to align it with FDD for the purpose of calculating price/MHz.
The top row shows the year in which the auctions were held. The next row indicates the band and the row below that identify the reserve price (RP) and the auction price (AP) of that year. The cells marked with darker color indicates the high-value circles.
